Some of you that listen to Geezer Radio on a regular basis know that I’m not a big fan of Comcast Internet because of their bandwidth cap and now throttling policy. (I’ll get into those thoughts in a different post) No matter what I have to think about those two policies, I have to give them props on their excellent customer service. I don’t know how many of you are on Twitter, but Comcast Frank and Comcast George are on the ball for their unusually good and friendly conversations (or in Twitter speak: tweets). Not only are they attentive to a person’s (customers) needs, they are people who talk about who they are and the struggles they face in everyday life, whether it be being a Eagles fan or going to jury duty. If you are on twitter and have Comcast, follow them and if you have a problem, they WILL listen to you. I know personally how much they are willing to help. I’ve tweeted with both of them and exchanged e-mails with both of them.
They WILL listen (unless you talk about the Dallas Cowboys) and they WILL help in whatever way they can. I welcome either one of them to come onto Geezer Radio for a chat.
