4 Month Visit

4 Months
14.14 lb (49th Percentile)
26 inches (85th Percentile)
17 HC [Head Size] (74th Percentile)

From this, I get three things. One, he is loosing his chunkiness and getting slim. I told him all those jumping jacks would be good for him. His height is completely average for my side of the family...I mean he's going to be tall, just like his pappy. And he has a big head...the reason, because while he was there, he took an IQ test and scored 203. And let's not forget the old saying, "big head, big ...." So, all is well, and he is a happy baby boy...and healthy.

The New Purpose of This Blog

I have not needed to use this blog because of Twitter and Facebook. It's much easier to rant in 140 characters than it is to write out a full story, so I stopped using this blog. Well, I now have a reason to use it! This blog will forever be use to tell how fast my son is growing. I will list his weight, height and percentile he is in at the age of those measurements. So, let's get started.

Month Zero (or Day of Birth) 1/4/10
Weight: 9 LB 4 oz
Height: 21.5 Inches

Month 1 - 2/4/10
Weight: 10 LB 2 oz
Height: 22 Inches

Month 2 - 3/4/10
Weight: 12 LB 11 oz (75 Percentile)
Height: 24 Inches (86 Percentile)

As you can see, he is going to be a big boy. At first, I was thinking starting quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, but now, I'm thinking Linebacker. I can't wait until his next measurement.
