Bringing Down The House

So, last night was fun. The wife and I, along with my mother, sister and her husband, my wife’s mother, sister and grandmother all went to P.F. Changs for dinner for my wife’s birthday. We had a blast. My wife opened several gifts, each one that she liked. She opened a gift from my mother and set the tissue paper down...but she forgot to look at where she set it down and it ended up on top of a candle. The end result was basically a small fire, in which my mother, also known as StoneHands, took the flaming tissue paper in her hands and crumpled it so that it extinguished the flame. It was nearly the highlight of dinner. After that dinner was dull in comparison, but at least we didn’t burn down the restaurant. Following dinner we walked around the mall, and it was an expensive mall. One store had purses and I had to drag my wife away from that store, and the sales lady was looking at us and laughing the whole time. I then saw this store that had a lot of potential and went in alone. It was called Game Workshop and when I went in I realized that it wasn’t for video games, but instead for turn based games. It had several guys playing Warhammer4000. I’ve never played that game, but it looked neat. After that, we went home and the wife and I had a nice restful night...until...
